Elevate Youth Bastrop County integrates education, health, and community support to empower youth in urban settings. Our youth empowerment program takes a holistic approach to supporting urban youth through four integrated components: an Academic Success offering study skills, and digital literacy; Mental Health Wellness providing safe spaces and stress management resources; Youth Advocacy Workshops developing self-advocacy and leadership skills; and First-Gen College Navigation with application guidance and mentorship. By fostering collaboration among educators, healthcare providers, and families, we create a comprehensive support network that empowers young people to become confident leaders and engaged citizens who drive positive change in their communities.
